Short description: Raising the performance and competitiveness of labour force in Serbia and matching the demands of economy and labour market supply through public-private networking
Achieved results: 1) Survey was conducted an Situation analisys was drafted based on lifelong learning activities and programs and their efficiency and quality, unemployment, economic development and formal and non formal education in Serbia;
2) 8 round tables discussions were organised, The seven new project planes have been presented to the Ministries and relevant provincial secretariats;
3) Implemented pilot training project for 10 young professionals;
4) Developed Action plan with the measures proposal and recommendations for the development of human potential, modernisation of formal and non formal education system as a precondition for employment in the Republic of Serbia 2014-2020;
5) Opening and Closing Conferences were organised as well as the other promotional activities; interactive project website was established

The project very well acheived its goals, it reduced the existing gap between the labour market and economic demand in the region, by organising regional constructive dialogue between all stakeholders involved. The project also gained ideas and drafted conclusions from the Round tables organised and described new plans for future improvement of the situation in the Action plan.
