The principles of
cooperation are based on the EU employment policy
guidelines
Employment policy implementation
with a view to achieving full employment, increasing
the quality of work and productivity and strengthening
of the social and territorial cohesion
Promotion of equal access to jobs
Work remunerability and inclusion
of less employable and inactive persons in the labour
market
Modernisation and strengthening
of labour market institutions and encouragement
of territorial and vocational labour force mobility.
