Short description: Project eService was established after the adoption of Strategic orientations for development and administration of e-services for period 2008 to 2013 (SEZ 2013) on May, 2008 by Employment Service of Slovenia (ESS). These orientations are the frame for the development of customer oriented e-services. ESS vision of eServices : to provide kind, simple, accessible and secure electronic services and to make available information through internet anywhere and anytime. The main objectives of eServices are to: - improve the quality and efficiency of business processes with development of new eServices for customers and multi channel approach; - increase of coherence, quality and transparency of information and business processes; - reduce the administrative barriers for customers and ESS employees; - use of international standards for the exchange of human resources data (HR-XML). Anticipated results are: Action plan of eServices for period 2009-2013 (identification of eServices, ICT solutions, processes, satisfaction of users, methodology, etc.),
