  TEMPUS PROJECT-Development of Life-Long Learning (LLL) Framework in Serbia (DELFIS)

  Short description: Overall objective: to support the development and implementation of National Strategy of Life-Long Learning in Serbia and successful transition of Serbia into knowledge-based society Specific objectives: -to develop high-quality LLL system in Serbia, with adequate ICT support; -to develop a nacional system for recognition and evaluation of LLL system; -to promote entrepreneurship culture and cooperation with enterprises dealing with education and training

  Achieved results: Study visits to the University of Technology (Bydgoszcz, Poland) (on the system of identification of needs for knowledge and skills) and University of Pedagogy (Copenhagen, Denmark) (on labour market needs in public sector) carried out; 3 workshops carried out: “Society Based on Knowledge and Lifelong Learning” (University of Novi Sad), “New Roles of Teachers and Trainers” (Faculty of Pedagogy in Jagodina) and “New Roles of Teachers and Trainers” (University of Belgrade) (professors from EU partner universities, representatives of Serbian universities and representatives of NES participated in these workshops); workshop “Development of the Lifelong Learning System” carried out in Nis (with the representatives of universities, employers, local self-governments, labour market institutions and students); standards for course and module development established; the analysis of available equipment carried out and possible solutions for e-learning platform suggested; a pilot portal installed; teacher training material prepared; training material for portal usage prepared; first group of teachers trained in portal usage; the basic e-learning course and Guide to E-Learning developed; a research conducted on the current situation and needs for the development of LLL centres within universities; an external quality control carried out at the University of Kragujevac; promotional campaign carried out.
