The Seventh Expert Conference of the Centre of Public Employment Services of Southeast European Countries (CPESSEC) named “Labour Force Mobility and EURES” took place on 4 November 2011 at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel, Zagreb, Croatia.
The representatives of the CPESSEC public employment services from seven member countries, namely from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Slovenia and Serbia were present, alongside with experts from the WAPES, Germany and Hungary.

Having in view professional and geographical labour force mobility, the participants of the conference discussed the establishment of EURES cross-border partnerships and labour migrations in south-eastern Europe.
In the opening part of the conference, the participants were introduced to the international aspect of public employment services, German and Hungarian good experiences and practices concerning the EURES as presented by the WAPES representative and experts from the German and Hungarian employment services.
The opening part was followed by presentations on labour migration and employment abroad given by the representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia and Serbia; and presentations on experiences in establishing the EURES network given by the representatives of Croatia, Romania and Slovenia.
