The Seventh Managerial Conference of the Centre of Public Employment Services of Southeast European Countries (CPESSEC) named “Public Employment Services and Decent Work” took place on 3 March 2011 at the Hotel International, Zagreb, Croatia. The representatives of the Public Employment Services from eight countries members of the CPESSEC - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Slovenia, Serbia as well as the representatives from Hungary, France and Sweden were present at the Conference. Result: VII Managerial Conference of the CPESSEC Conclusions and Recommendations The CPESSEC member countries are going to strengthen regional dialogue and strategic partnership related to the areas of decent work and employment policy. The CPESSEC member countries are going to proceed with the exchange of experiences and good practice in the areas of labour and employment. The CPESSEC member countries are going to strengthen regional dialogue based on 4 aspects of the Decent Work Agenda of the International Labour Organization: creating new jobs, rights of workers, social protection and social dialogue. The CPESSEC member countries are going to make efforts to bring all risk groups into the labour market (youth, the elderly, women, long-term unemployed persons, migrants, persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups) and are going to design programmes for their inclusion. The CPESSEC member countries are going to establish a closer cooperation between the International Labour Organization and their public employment services. The CPESSEC member countries are going to compile the Statistical Bulletin No. 3 which will present the data until the end of 2010 according to the following indicators: macroeconomic indicators, labour market indicators – labour force survey, labour market indicators – administrative data, labour market indicators – active and passive labour market policy measures. Statistical Bulletin No. 3 will be published on the CPESSEC website until 1 July 2011. Next managerial conference of the CPESSEC will take place in the Republic of Croatia.
