Organization of direct meetings of employers and job seekers at one place, in duration of 1 day Miscellaneous [01-01-2008 - 31-12-2008] (Serbia)
The organization of Job Fairs requires larger space – each employer presents the company and demand for certain profiles of workers at its own stand. Job seekers visit stands, identify potential employers, submit their CVs and conduct a brief interview (expressing their motivation and readiness to work).
